Yetis Run at Koala Classic

Lily Clark was the top finisher for the women's team, finishing the 6K run in 32.17. Clark's time placed her in 2nd place among junior college runners which included competitors from Spartanburg Methodist and Sandhills CC. "Lily ran an excellence race over a longer distance that usual," said Coach Steve McCachren. "She maintained her pace and finished strong against a good field." The meet attracted numerous colleges including Belmont Abbey, Lander, USC Aiken and Converse. The Yetis next meet will be on October 15 in Salisbury at the Livingstone XC Invitational.
