Game 1: Yetis Explode in Seventh Inning to Secure 10-2 Win
The opener started as a tight contest, with both teams trading early runs. The Eagles struck first in the bottom of the first when Noah Stepp scored on an error. The Yetis responded in the third with a solo home run by Trenton Doss to even the score at 1-1. Rockingham briefly regained the lead in the bottom of the third, but Cleveland took control in the fifth, capitalizing on errors to take a 3-2 lead.
The game broke wide open in the seventh inning when the Yetis erupted for seven runs. Tanner Britt singled in a run, Evan Estes and Keontay Booker drew bases-loaded walks, and Doss delivered a two-run double. Owen Liberto capped the inning with a two-run single, putting the game out of reach.
Cleveland's pitching staff was stellar, with Jackson Nash, William Spang, Andrew Hart, and Liam Foley combining to allow just five hits while striking out 11 batters. Meanwhile, Rockingham's bullpen struggled, surrendering 10 runs on 10 hits and six walks.
Doss led the Yetis' offense, going 2-for-3 with a home run, a double, and three RBIs. Liberto and Britt each drove in multiple runs, while Cleveland's defense overcame four errors to secure the win.

They added another run in the second as Gavin Baucom capitalized on a wild pitch. Rockingham responded with a run in the bottom of the second when CJ Jones scored on a passed ball, but that was all the offense the Eagles could muster against Furr.
